An attractive set of the collected poetical works of Pre-Raphaelite artist Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1828-1882); edited by his brother William Michael Rossetti (1829-1919). Founder of the Pre-Raphaelite brotherhood, Rossetti was a favourite of Brooke, who would later publish A Study of Clough, Arnold, Rossetti and Morris in 1908. Brooke's instruction to 'Be Honest!' suggests he lent these volumes to friends or family.
